Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of CoreAthlete, a coaching workspace application operated by Lucky Singh, an individual operating as CoreAthlete (“we”, “us”) (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who these Terms apply to

“Coach” means anyone who creates a CoreAthlete account. “Client” or “Athlete” means a person whose training or nutrition data a Coach manages in the Service, and who may be given a private link to view their own plan. A Client does not, and currently cannot, create their own CoreAthlete account.

2. The Service

CoreAthlete lets a Coach manage a roster of athletes; generate and edit training programs and nutrition plans, including with AI assistance; share a private, link-based view of a plan with a Client; track a Client’s logged activity and progress; and optionally track basic coaching-business records such as services offered, prices, and payments the Coach has personally collected from Clients.

CoreAthlete is a software tool for organizing coaching work. It is not a fitness, medical or nutrition professional, and using it does not make CoreAthlete a party to the coaching relationship between a Coach and their Client.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating a Coach account and keep your password confidential.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • You must notify us promptly at lsc.aisolutions@gmail.com of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create a Coach account.

4. Coach responsibilities

As a Coach, you are solely responsible for:

  • Having the right to collect and enter the information you put into CoreAthlete about your Clients — name, physical data, injuries, progress, payments and the rest — including obtaining any consent your Client is owed before you enter their information.
  • The accuracy of the training programs, nutrition plans and advice you provide to your Clients, including anything generated with AI assistance (see Section 6). CoreAthlete does not review, approve or guarantee any program or plan content.
  • Sharing a Client access link only with the intended Client, and revoking it promptly if it is no longer appropriate for that Client to have access.
  • Complying with applicable law in how you collect, use and store information about your Clients, and with any professional or regulatory obligations that apply to you as a coach or trainer, which CoreAthlete does not verify.

5. Using a Client access link

If you are a Client using a link shared by your Coach, that link is given to you by your Coach, on terms between you and your Coach. Only use a link given to you directly by your own Coach, and let your Coach know if you believe your link is accessible to anyone else — they can revoke it immediately from their side.

6. AI-generated content

Training programs, nutrition plans, exercise suggestions and similar content may be generated or assisted by artificial intelligence, through OpenAI. AI-generated content:

  • Is a draft or suggestion for the Coach to review, not a guaranteed-safe or guaranteed-correct prescription.
  • May be inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate for a specific Client’s actual condition. The Service’s automated checks (for example, flagging an equipment or injury conflict) are a best-effort safeguard, not a substitute for the Coach’s own professional judgment.
  • Must be reviewed by the Coach before being relied on or given to a Client.

The Coach, not CoreAthlete, is responsible for every program, nutrition plan or piece of advice delivered to a Client. CoreAthlete disclaims responsibility for outcomes resulting from AI-generated or AI-assisted content that a Coach chose to use or share, and does not claim that AI output is medically safe, clinically validated, or free of error.

7. No medical advice

CoreAthlete is a coaching and program-management tool, not a medical provider. Nothing in the Service constitutes medical advice, a medical device, or a substitute for consultation with a qualified physician or healthcare provider.

8. Subscriptions and payment

  • Certain features may require a paid subscription, billed monthly or yearly through Razorpay, our payment processor.
  • Prices are as shown at checkout at the time of purchase and are not fixed in these Terms; they may change with notice.

  • Pricing, billing and subscription enforcement apply once a paid plan is activated for your account. Coaches using the Service during an unpaid beta or trial period are not charged unless and until that happens.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service to store or process information you are not authorized to hold;
  • attempt to access another Coach’s or Client’s data;
  • interfere with or attempt to bypass the Service’s security, rate limits or access controls; or
  • use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

10. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, code and branding, belongs to Lucky Singh. Content you or your Clients create in the Service — programs, notes, measurements and the rest — remains yours; you grant us only the limited right to store and process it in order to provide the Service to you, including sending the relevant parts to our AI provider as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may be added, changed or removed.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CoreAthlete and Lucky Singh are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any decision made in reliance on AI-generated content or on advice given by a Coach. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms. There is currently no automatic data-deletion process on termination — see the Privacy Policy for how to request deletion of your data.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in India.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes will update the “Effective” date above.
